This policy explains what personal information we collect on www.tinnova.us, how we use it and what choices you have.
Information you give us in the quote form: name, company, email, phone, product of interest, estimated quantity, required date, project details and, if you answer it, how you heard about us.
Usage information: pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, and approximate IP address.
Campaign information: if you arrive from an ad, we store the identifiers platforms add to the link (such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid and utm parameters) along with the first page you visited, so we know which campaign brought you here.
We do not ask for sensitive information. Please do not include any in the details field.
We process your information based on your consent, which you give by checking the box on the form before sending it, and to respond to your request. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contacto@tinnova.pe. Withdrawing it does not affect what we did before you told us.
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with providers that help us operate:
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Tinnova operates in the United States, Peru and Colombia. Your information may be handled by our team in any of those locations in order to answer your request.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask us to stop contacting you, or withdraw your consent. Write to contacto@tinnova.pe with your name and what you need.
State privacy laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and the California Consumer Privacy Act may not apply to a company of our size, but we offer these choices to every visitor regardless.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It sets Google cookies (such as _ga) that identify your browser, not your name.
To remember which campaign brought you here, we store campaign identifiers in your browser's local storage for 90 days. They are not shared with other sites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site keeps working either way.
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to quotes is limited to Tinnova staff who need it. No system is perfect, but we work to keep the risk low.
This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its date.
